Ultra Large Format Lens, APO-Germinar 600mm F9
I recently acquired an ultra large format lens, Apo-Germinar 600mm F9, for my Deardorff V11 camera. I think I can use this lens for portraiture. This lens was made by Docter Optic and Carl Zeiss Jena in Germany in 1990s. Apo-Germinar 600mm F9 is an excellent process lens. It is symmetric Dialytes with 6 elements in 6 groups design. The optimal aperture is F22 (http://www.arnecroell.com/docter.pdf).
